How to sign up as a delivery Partner
Step 1: Download App
Download the Ndiema Express App from your Google Play or App Store.
Step 2: Sign in or Register
To register you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a motorbike or bicycle
- Have a smartphone.
Use your full legal names as they appear in your documents.
Step 3: Select your city
Select your city
- Nairobi (includes Nakuru town)
- Mombasa
Step 4: Select your vehicle
- Motorbike | -- if you have a motorbike
- Bicycle | - if you have a bicycle
Step 5: Submit your Documents
Check document requirements below:
When sending documents above, make sure:
- the document image is clear
- all text is readable
- full document is visible in photo
Step 6: Document Review
Once uploaded, your documents will be reviewed and approved.
Keep checking the app to ensure all your documents are approved. Re-upload any rejected documents.
Your registration process is then complete and your account is set up.
Step 7: Insulated bag
An insulated delivery bag is required for Ndiema Express deliveries.
You will receive a link to purchase a bag when your account is ready.
Just remember! Do not purchase a bag before receiving communication to do so.
Step 8: Account Activation
After collecting your bag, your account will be activated within 24 to 48 hours.
You will then be ready to receive orders and start earning!
